Are You More Concerned About a Better World Than a 7th Grader?

Middle Years

A fun and interactive game show where a panel of Grade 7 students and local celebrity guests collaborate to answer questions about international issues.

The purpose of the game is to get students learning about global issues and sharing this knowledge with their peers in a fun and engaging way. The game requires participation from the whole audience, making it an inclusive and interactive learning opportunity.

“It was great to see many of my students really shine and demonstrate their passion for Global Issues.” – Delayna Chester, Lockport

The game has several versions of questions, including:

  • Millennium Development Goals
  • Fair Trade
  • Water
  • Food Security
  • Gender and Education

MCIC staff can come to facilitate the game in your classroom or at a community event. Click here for a booking form. There is a suggested donation of $50.

We can also send a Do-It-Yourself kit (complete with PowerPoint Presentations and instructions) to you. Contact youth@mcic.ca or (204) 987-6420 for more information.
